Snail mail & Taxes


​I’m not great at checking the mail.  In the pile I retrieved a few days ago there was a toll fee from California in your name. 🫣 it caught my eye today as it sat on the kitchen table. I thought I’d better check the due date. It was today!!! So random that I thought to look… thanks for nudging me. I can’t afford California late fees! (I can’t afford IRS taxes due on the 15th either!! 🤯

And property taxes!!? 😖😡)

Where is that money pot hidden?? Being alive is expensive 🤨🤪

I am grateful DAILY for the lifestyle you provided for us. 🥰


Ps. Joshua just asked me if I was turning into a grandma?

He said my face was making the grandma look while I was reading mail/bills.😂

Nice Pic! 🤓😍 Caroline dropped off the remainder of your personal belongings and your school photos at home today.  These new piles of you were kind of rude to show up here full of your personality.  Especially your Ironman bag.   Ugh!  Sent me to tears.  I've seen you carry that bag in and out of this house so many times I almost expected to see you walk in the door.
