Vlog #1~ Things break when you're not around.
When Sam died, memories became treasures and reality became bitter. A new day was painful because I was viewing it as lost opportunity. "If Sam were here" I thought to myself one day "I'd send him a text right now and tell him how much I love our new fence he built." That's when everything changed. When I allow him IN, I experience joy instead of the deep sadness of his absence. I can keep going each day if I get to share it with him. When I write he is with me. We are still one.
